The Crane is absolutely untouchable! Visited: May 2008

The Crane was absolutely beautiful.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights for our honeymoon. It was a great value, accommodations, and room amenities. We stayed at the Penthouse, and the view was absolutely stunning!

We would definitely return. We loved it.

It was gorgeous, but the service just wasn't up to par. Visited: August 2005

We were in Barbados for two weeks. The first week we stayed at a hotel nearby, and got married there. It was awesome. The second week, we stayed at The Crane.

If you aren't a millionaire, you shouldn't stay here. The more money you have, the more well known you are. It felt impersonal and unfriendly.

We just had many problems. Our air did not work, we had a mouse in the room, and we found glass pieces in our private pool.

No doubt, this place was gorgous! I was breathtaking. But it seemed just a little out of the middle class league, that's for sure.

The food was good, and our room was beautiful, but I felt that the service just wasn't that of a normally five-star hotel.

The Crane was very peaceful and quiet. Visited: May 2005

We wanted peace and quiet for our honeymoon, and that is what we got! We had our own private plunge pool and the views were magnificent.

You must walk down quite a few stairs to get to the beach, but it was worth it for us. If you walk the beach and cross over the walk, the beach extended to a bat cave. It was kind of neat!

The food was okay, but not the best I have ever had. Most rooms had kitchens, so I would suggest going into town or going to the local store and buying food.

At The Crane, you are a bit further from town, but it was only a taxi ride in, and the people were very friendly. We didn't see or hear about any problems.
