Nubianesque Guest Home is situated in its own private grounds, just off Holders Hill overlooking the exclusive St James coast of Barbados, home to some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. It is the ideal retreat for families and parties of friends wishing to 'get away from it all' and enjoy a memorable home from home holiday experience.
The Nubianesque is seven miles from the islands capital, Bridgetown and less than two miles from Holetown, with a wide array of shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and nightlife, and within close proximity to beautiful beaches.
For athletic recreation, there's the exclusive Sandy Lane Golf course, tennis courts and a vast array of water sports, including deep sea fishing, para-sailing and of course, snorkeling. For spectator sports, there is weekly polo and the island's national game, cricket.
The Guest Home is situated on two levels, a total of six rooms. The house is cooled by a constant breeze and offers both ceiling and standing fans creating "the perfect place to chill out." Guests looking for extra privacy have the option of renting each level separately, as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
The lower level rooms face north and east. These rooms share a large shower room, while the Master ensuite has its own private bathroom bath & shower.
On the upper level we have the Lilac & Blue rooms. These rooms also share a large shower room, while the additional Master en suite room has its own bathroom.
Each level has a fully equipped kitchen, (including washing machine) plus a lounge and dining area with cable tv.
Guest staying on the upper level have the additional benefit of a large sun terrace, suitable for both al fresco dining and sunbathing.
All rooms with the exception of the North room can convert from twin to king size beds. Cleaning, linen and towel changes are done twice a week.
