Q: I am an American woman with 4 kids,whose ex husband has resided in Belize for 14 years now. The children and I have been told their Father passed away in Belize sometime after Jan. 07. How can we find out for sure if this is the truth? Where could we write or call to get a death certificate if this is true? ANY help would be so greatly appreciated? Answer
