Description:

Astwood Cove was originally a South Shore dairy farm named "Maudadmar Farm" after three Astwood daughters - Maude, Ada and Mary. The main house was built around 1710 and renovations have since aesthetically blended the old with the new.

Astwood Cove has all the charming, relaxed informality you look for in a vacation resort, from the sub-tropical garden setting, to the spacious sun terraces, deep lazy L swimming pool and magnificent panoramic views (over an open, lightly wooded vista) to Bermuda�s famous South Shore.

Astwood Cove's self-contained studio apartments and suites all have air-conditioning plus overhead tropical fans with their own private porch or patio, shower/bathroom, telephone and bedside radio. The kitchenette is fully equipped, from fine English bone chine and wine glasses, right down to salt and pepper! Also available: self-service coin laundry; free iron for personal needs; coin soda machine; gas-fired outdoor barbecue stations; sauna room.

Conveniently located, Astwood Cove has bus service just outside the hotel. A nearby supermarket offers grocery/liquor same day delivery for phoned orders. Rental cycles and mopeds are available free of pick-up or delivery charges.
