| A: No airlines fly directly to the British Virgin Islands. You would have to fly through one of several hubs, the most popular being Puerto Rico or St Thomas.rn rnFrom San Juan, Puerto Rico you can take one of the several airlines that offer commerical and charter flights to the BVI. Or you can fly to St. Thomas and take the ferry over. rnrnFor clarification. Air Jamaica does not fly to the BVI, and St. Lucia is not included in the BVI. |

A: Or you can fly (JFK) New York to St. Thomas (STT) then get on a fast ferry to Tortola. The ferry takes about 40 minutes. $55 return journey. I think the ferry beats sitting on a plane!

| A: There are not direct commercial flights from NYC to Tortola. All flights go via San Juan. However there are direct flights from NYC to St Thomas USVI with American Airlines. One can take a ferry from St Thomas to Tortola. |

A: Air Jamaica provides direct service from NY to several locations within the BVI, including St. Lucia. However, you generally have to go through San Juan, which will take you into Beef Island, Tortola. I do know, also, that Delta flies direct from Atlanta to the BVI. Your BEST bet, though, would be to search Expedia--Here is an easy link:
