Description:
Katitche Point Greathouse is a magnificent villa located on a hill just above Virgin Gorda's spectacular Mahoe Bay and white sand beach.
It features a 32' horizon pool, a sculpture garden, wrap-around verandahs, sunning decks, and four spacious bedrooms plus a master bedroom suite - all with panoramic ocean views.
The villa is not only an architectural masterpiece of exterior design, but all interior rooms have also been designed with special care, using carefully selected furniture, art, and antiques, the finest porcelain, French bed linen and towels.
The lowest level features a superbly decorated living area with comfortable English couches, teak dining table seating up to 14 people, BOSE stereo system with an extensive CD collection, and a professional kitchen meeting the most exacting standards. Outdoor living and dining verandahs surround these Greathouse interior areas.
A staircase takes you to the Gallery on the second floor with a library, wide-screen TV, and four comfortable loungers which can be made into additional beds. Part of the room overlooks the dining and living area while the other side has large windows for viewing the sea and Virgin Gorda. Guests will find the Gallery a special place to relax, play games, and watch videos.
A steep steel ladder allows access to the very highest point of the villa and you will find the "Crow's Nest" at the top of the pyramid on the third level, an ideal vantage point to observe the star-studded night sky. Big pillows are scattered here and there on the Persian carpet; a hammock allows for private and peaceful escape.
Wide verandahs surround the main house and provide clusters of gathering areas. A breakfast corner overlooks Mango Bay beach and sea; hammocks allow for peaceful relaxing, and a pair of hanging swings face "sky seats". One verandah features an outdoor bar overlooking the pool deck.
Guests have three nearby beaches to enjoy. Mango Bay Beach is a five minute walk down the hill, or you might prefer to drive there. Kayaks and canoes are available; hours can be spent snorkeling the protected reefs in calm waters. Beautiful Pond and Savannah Bay beaches are only a five minute ride away. An Italian restaurant is nearby and many others are only a 15 minute drive to Spanish Town.
The villa is a perfect destination for groups or families of up to 10 guests who want luxury in one of the most outstanding locations in the BVI, if not the whole Caribbean. The villa can be rented two ways - with four bedrooms only, or with five including the master bedroom complex.

This package includes maid service from 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays , 8 am - 1 pm, plus light cooking service, personal laundry, pool maintenance, and gardener. It also provides comprehensive guest services by the villa's own Guest Service Manager.
