Two electronic security gates lead into this completely private luxury estate.  The main level offers the elegantly-furnished Great Room, the brand-new gourmet kitchen and grand dining room where you'll partake in freshly-prepared breakfasts and a welcome night catered gourmet dinner. An air-conditioned queen bedroom/bath suite rounds out the main level.

Upstairs on the upper level are 4 more very large bedrooms and 3 tiled baths, plus a well-outfitted office, with every room on both levels opening out onto the generous wraparound decks, showcasing a captivating parade of yachts passing by.  All of the five high-ceilinged, romantic bedrooms offer air-conditioning, but few guests find it necessary.  

Classic elegance is defined by the simple but sumptuous furnishings: terra cotta floors with woven seagrass mats, plush chairs and sofas, antiques and fine art.  Everchanging sea views are framed by mahogany double French doors throughout.  Just outside is the 50-foot freshwater pool with a shallow cove for children, surrounded by sun decks.

Adjoining the pool is an alfresco bar and gas barbeque bordered by dramatic rock outcroppings and lush flowering gardens, and specimen trees shading a gazebo - the aromas of gardenia and jasmine float through the breeze!
