This luxury villa encompasses an expansive deck, fresh water pool, five master bedrooms, designer furnishings, an elegant decor reminiscent of the tropical British Empire and you.

Situated on a small rise above several beach houses, Adagio Villa is only 100 yards from the pristine waters of Mahoe Bay on Virgin Gorda�s west coast. Protected by an easily accessible reef teeming with tropical fish, the waters of Mahoe Bay are free of boats and offer everyone an ideal swimming and snorkeling area.

The Great Room at Adagio Villa features ample grand scale seating, a full entertainment area with stereo, CD player, VCR and television (no satellite), gourmet kitchen with eat at counter, interior dining area with seating for 10, under cover outside dining area with seating for 12 and a barbeque/al fresco/bar counter for casual snacks and service for patio entertaining. With sliding glass door walls, Adagio Villa�s great room fully opens to let the Caribbean breezes flow through.

Adagio Villa�s kitchen is equipped for every level of chef � the area features a gas range and oven, refrigerator, over counter microwave, dishwasher, various small appliances and all the accessories needed for gourmet meals for 2 to 30. As a special treat, hire a local chef to prepare a meal featuring local or continental cuisine. BVI chefs have won many international awards.

The entertainment area features a 27" TV in the great room with a stereo VCR, and a combination stereo CD, tape player and radio. Adagio's video tape library includes selections suitable for a wide range of ages and tastes. As well an assortment of games for various ages, books, and CD's have been provided. Three other TV�s with VCR�s are located in three of the bedrooms.

Each master bedroom features a full size ensuite bathroom with a glass block shower over looking Mahoe Bay. An additional powder room is located off the great room.

Air-conditioned master bedroom 1 is accessed adjacent to the stairs leading to the second story master bedroom and is on the same level as the Great Room. A wide private balcony off the room overlooks Mahoe Bay beach. A large glass walled shower permits guests to take in the view as they shower. Parents with younger children may wish to stay in this room as children in master bedroom 2 must pass by the door to bedroom 1 to exit the great room.

Master bedroom 2 is also air-conditioned, located above bedroom number 1 and is accessed by internal staircase from the Great room. This bedroom has two twin beds that may be made into a king size bed. A wide private balcony off the room overlooks Mahoe Bay beach. A large glass walled shower permits guests to take in the view from the highest point at Adagio Villa as they shower. A TV set with VCR are also located in this room.

Master bedroom number 3 is located in the guest house adjacent to the pool and patio area. This air conditioned bedroom has a king size bed with a Television and VCR. As an aid to parents of small children, hotel style adjoining doors have been installed between bedrooms 3 and 4 to permit secure access to/from Bedroom number 4. A wide private balcony off the room overlooks Mahoe Bay. A large glass walled shower permits guests to take in the view as they shower.

Master Bedroom number 4 is located in the guest house. The walkway from the parking pad runs along side providing easy access for handicapped individuals. Bedroom number 4 is air-conditioned and has a double adjoining door to bedroom number 3. A dead bolt lock on the main door to number four can restrict access so that young children can only gain access to the pool area by going through Bedroom Number 3. A wide private balcony off the room overlooks Mahoe Bay. A large glass walled shower permits guests to take in the view as they shower.

Master Bedroom number 5 is a larger and very private room located beneath the Great Room balcony and near the pool area. Overlooking the gardens and waters of Mahoe Bay this bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king size bed. This air-conditioned bedroom features a TV and VCR for entertainment. A large glass walled shower permits guests to take in the view as they shower.

Adagio villa features a 20 by 16 foot irregular pool surrounded by a coral stone tiled patio with patio tables, chairs and chaises. Up from the pool is a combination covered and uncovered patio area suitable for entertaining or lounging. Down from the pool area is a small secluded patio adjacent to master bedroom number 5 that offers honeymooners or teenagers their own private space.

Adagio villa�s and Mahoe Bay's gardens were designed for shade, interest and enjoyment. Walk through the area to discover various species of flowering shrubs and trees native to Caribbean and other tropical locales. Several books are available for guests with a special interest in the flora of the tropics.

Mahoe Beach�s perfect white sand and turquoise waters are but a few yards from the patio entrance at Adagio Villa. Access is via a walkway between Caribbean Wind and Sea Fans villas. Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment can be rented from several shops on the island at reasonable rates.

Built with families in mind Adagio Villa features a �kid safe� environment. The setting of several bedrooms is designed to ensure that young children are only able to reach the outdoors past or through parent bedrooms if locks are set. The upper deck and patio area features a secure gateway to prevent access to the pool area by young children giving parents an extra degree of comfort. Extensive use of terracing and planters enhances the overall safety of the villa grounds and pool area. Despite the design however, the owners will not accept responsibility for any injury to guests due to their own behavior.

The Great Room and three of the five master bedrooms are accessible from the driveway and parking pad area by ramped walkways at entrance level. With no steep stairs to climb, the layout ensures that guests of all ages and all degrees of physical condition may enjoy most of the features of Adagio Villa. Extended families with elderly parents or physically disabled members will find adagio particularly appealing.

Extensive covered patio areas offer clear views of the pool, pool deck and the magnificent view while providing protection from the beaming Caribbean sun. Cool and constant breezes make BVI the ideal �Endless Summer� setting for a vacation no matter what time of year. Patio fans are available to add to the cooling breezes.

Adagio Villa at Mahoe Bay features a regulation tennis court for use by villa residents and guests - Tennis equipment is available for use at the court office.

Through Cable and Wireless BVI, the local telephone company, Adagio Villa is Internet accessible. Reliable telephone services are supplied to provide guests, who need to stay in touch with the office, the tools they need. Guests can activate their own cell phone service through CCT boat phone (a refundable credit card deposit is required and arrangements can be made for immediate access upon arrival in the villa). To activate, call a number in North America and a CCT agent will come on the line and assign you a local cell phone number. Rates are relatively expensive at $4.00 per minute out going and $1.65 incoming in addition to a $5.00 charge on any day the phone is used.
