Ideally situated on one of the choicest sites on Mahoe Bay, spectacular views are enjoyed from every spot, both inside and outside the villa - yet it is only steps to the secluded white sand beach and warm gin-clear waters of Mahoe Bay.

The open plan Great Room, with its light-filled vaulted ceiling features and indoor dining area, a living room and entertainment section, complete with TV and VCR, stereo system, library and games.

The showpiece of the room is the magnificent indoor/outdoor gourmet kitchen and bar area. Two walls of sliding glass doors draw you out to the open-air center of the property and its stunning vanishing-edge freshwater pool.

Island Magic Villa has four identically-sized master bedrooms, each with magnificent ocean views across Mahoe Bay to the distant islands across Sir Francis Drake Channel. Each has its own private entrance and a furnished balcony - the perfect spot to relax and savor an early morning cup of coffee. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, as well as equipped with ceiling fans to augment the sea breezes, and have en suite bathrooms, complete with alfresco glass-brick showers.

The unique open-air pavilion with its convenient wet bar offers opulent shaded comfort, complete with overstuffed chaises and hammock. Comfortable deck chairs and loungers invite you to sunbathe.

The exquisitely crafted native stone bar and counter extends out onto an outdoor covered dining patio, so that even during meal preparation, one can enjoy the superb views and fragrant ocean breezes.
