Designed with the most discerning of travellers in mind, this 12,000 sq ft villa is decorated with handmade silks & hard wood furnishings, and is surrounded by two acres of lush palm gardens for maximum privacy. The villa's handsome copper-peaked pavilions sleep 16 guests with additional accommodation in the Games Pavilion which has a billiards table, home movie theatre, conference facilities and a wet bar (bartender available). An outdoor lounge overlooking Baraka Point's private beach area is an idyllic spot to watch magical BVI sunsets with cocktails and pre-dinner canapés prepared by the estate's private chef. A SONOS sound system plus teak-framed sofas with over-sized cushions and a beautiful stone fire pit make Baraka Point's Beach Lounge the ultimate chill-out spot by the sea.

A spacious Main Pavilion incorporates open plan living, dining and entertainment areas including soft-on-the-feet coral stone terraces, an infinity pool, with trance-inducing views and an al fresco dining area with shade sail for sanctuary from the midday sun. For a bit of out-of-the-sun fun, Baraka Point's air-conditioned Games Pavilion has a full sized pool table, movie theatre and fully stocked wet bar where the talented butler/bartender can mix designer cocktails, blender blinders and the old staples too! Baraka Point has three 900 sq ft ocean view Master Suites-Kerala, Indochine & Mandarin-each with a private entrance, air-conditioned central sleeping area, and sitting & dressing areas. All three Master Suites are luxuriously appointed and off limits to children (except infants in cribs). Two 700 sq ft Family Suites-Madura & Rajasthan-have a king-bedded central sleeping area with two adjoining twin bedrooms so parents can maintain their privacy, but feel at ease in the knowledge that their children are close by. An en-suite bathroom and king bed or two twins is available in the Games Pavilion, which is ideal for teens wanting their own space. No two suites at Baraka Point are alike-all are individually decorated, but similarly appointed with luxury fittings and modern amenities. Despite their individual design all the suites are positioned to capture restful sea views while cotton mosquito nets and white muslin curtains billow in the breeze effusing Caribbean calm.

The suites are located in a separate pavilion set in gardens, away from the Main House Pavilion. GETTING TO BARAKA POINT
Regardless of how you travel to the BVI, a member of Baraka Point's staff will be at your point of arrival on Virgin Gorda to greet you and escort you to the property (10 minutes) in one of Baraka Point's 4 x 4 SUVs. Charter flights and commercial flights on Air Sunshine direct to Virgin Gorda airport are available and highly recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Baraka Point can accommodate 16 guests in total (with a maximum of 12 adults) PLUS 2-3 infants in cribs located in parent's suites at no extra charge. Use of Baraka Point's sea trampoline, Hobie Cat sailboat, 4 x 4 Beach Buggy, sea kayaks, snorkelling equipment, children's adventure activities and one snorkel trip or island tour on Baraka Point's RIB are complimentary.

Water sports on Baraka Point's ski boat, additional trips on the 25 foot Nautica RIB, spa services, yoga/Pilates & personal training sessions, meals, beverages, wine from the cellar, nanny services & 4 x 4 SUVs are an extra charge. While Baraka Point endeavors to keep the RIB & ski boat operational at all times, due to the nature of harsh marine conditions it may be the case that one or both of the boats will be out of the water if an unforeseen repair is required. Baraka Point's boats are not available for use if a small craft weather warning is in place.

Note: All staff members live outside Baraka Point Estate so guests' privacy is assured. When in service staff members are attentive, but discreet. Pools, gardens and pavilions are maintained and cleaned at times and locations that do not disturb guests.
