Description:
Leverick Bay's impressive two-story villa is only a stone's throw from a charming beach. The main level offers three tastefully-decorated air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites all sporting king beds and private balconies. The fantastic Great Room with a cool, high cathedral ceiling, encompasses the gourmet kitchen with its center island, and the spacious, comfortable living and dining areas.
Just outside is the large refreshing pool, sun deck, alfresco bar and covered wrap-around decks for lounging and dining. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower level to two more air-conditioned king suites, and a path leads to the nearby beach. An upper and one lower suite each offer trundle beds for up to 4 more guests. All five king suites are equal in size and have Cable TV and telephone.
Coconut Grove is furnished with a stylish blend of wicker and antiques accented with Caribbean colors of cool greens and sandy beiges, providing a relaxing ambience. Enjoy sunrise views, cooling trade winds and a spectacular view of the Caribbean sea from this paradise villa. (Caretaker in apartment below this villa,but your privacy and quiet enjoyment are completely assured at Coconut Grove).
