It was spectacular. Visited: July 2007 Posted by olymom Our family of five stayed at Coconut Grove for the first week of July 2007. We had only the upstairs (three bedrooms), and had more than enough space to stretch out and relax. This is a beautiful villa! Many of the others in Leverick Bay are showing their age, but Coconut Grove is in excellent condition. The large great room has spectacular views and a wonderful, ever-present, cross breeze. My kids loved the immense wrap-around porch with the pool table and hammock. The pool is big and well maintained. The bedrooms all have their own large bathrooms and A/C. The furnishings are new and in great condition, and the whole house has a light and airy feel. Also, the landscaping is lush and colorful and gives good privacy without impacting the views. It's a convenient walk down to the marina with a little convenience store for basic groceries. Coconut Grove was comfortable, with great views - a great choice for several couples. Visited: April 2005 Posted by gigi This villa worked out well for three couples with different schedules. It was small enough that we could all interact, yet large enough that we could have privacy. Also, it was close enough to basic things (like a grocery store) to be convenient, but private enough to be relaxing. We also enjoyed fabulous views.
