Description:
"Cooper Island Beach Club is not your typical Caribbean resort. There are no roads, no traffic, no nightclubs, discos or casinos. The population of the island is about nine people, consisting of a local family of three, and the six or so staff of the Beach Club.
The eleven guest rooms were built in 1992 and 1996, and are nestled in the palm trees just fifty feet from the ocean. There are two separate rooms in each cottage, and each room has its own
kitchenette, private bathroom, a shower that is almost outdoors, a queen or two twin beds, rattan furniture, and a selection of books and games.
There is wonderful snorkeling in the warm Caribbean sea, right in front of your room. Or if you want to be a little more adventurous, there is a fully equipped SCUBA dive center on site, for basic SCUBA instruction, rentals, or a variety of escorted dive tours. Daysails and boat trips to
other islands are easily arranged. The casual beachfront restaurant, under the sameownership for over seventeen years, serves good food at reasonable prices, and has one of the best sunset views in the islands.
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of modern-day life, where you can enjoy the beach, the sun, the warm water, and informal but good quality dining, then Cooper Island Beach Club may be just the place for you."
