Steps from the beach, The Watermark restaurant is the newest addition to the vibrant culinary landscape of Tortola. Dine in style amongst the cool breezes and rhythmic waves and taste from the seasonal menu focusing on fresh seafood and selected wines. Chef Todd Howard fine tuned his craft serving as Chef de Partie with Gordon Ramsay at the Michelin starred Connaught Hotel in London and then at the famous Fat Duck Restaurant training under Chef Heston Blumenthal. Chef Howard quickly rose amongst the ranks of Chefs in some of the top restaurants of Vancouver, British Columbia, including the critically acclaimed West Restaurant. He leads a strong crew and is eager to display his culinary talents, bringing his modern influences to the Mediterranean inspired menu. The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday, 6 to 10 pm and for Sunday brunch, 12 to 3 pm.

There are many activities to enjoy at Frenchmans if guest feel like getting out of their villa. The snorkeling off the peninsula and the beach is exceptional. The resident dive master, Ben Bordeaux, will introduce guest to the underwater world, provide dive certification, or guide them on a kayak tour around the peninsula. For guest convenience all snorkel and kayak equipment is available onsite at no extra cost.

The tennis court is the perfect spot for a private lesson or a quick game while shaded by the palms and listening to the ocean. No need to travel with your own gear, racquets and balls are available at the front desk.
