Description:
Shans Bungalow Villa, a charming and historic Caribbean cottage, is only steps away from famous Cane Garden Bay's sugar-white sand and turquoise waters.
Its simple facade belies its beautifully furnished interior: two large, fully air-conditioned rooms offer a wonderful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area and sitting area with a comfortable queen day bed, cable TV, DVD and CD player, a powder room, and a spacious king bedroom/bath suite in the rear.
A 9-foot arched doorway affords a view from the master suite to the white sand and aqua ocean directly across the street. This bedroom suite opens to a very private enclosed deck featuring an alfresco dining table and chairs near the grill for meals outside, and a wet bar.
Thick plastered stone walls keep the villa hushed and serene inside. Indonesian and Caribbean teak furnishings, locally-crafted light sconces, artful tiling throughout, and deluxe finishing touches crowned by stunning handcarved wooden doors make Shans Bungalow an excellent accommodation for a couple or small family.
The true allure of Shans is its location right on the eastern side of famous Cane Garden Bay, known as the tranquil side. You can walk just across the road to get your toes in white sand and crystal clear ocean, or take a leisurely stroll down the seaside road to snorkel rentals and watersports, dining, dancing to live music at Myett's and Quito's. or Bobby's Grocery and varied small shops.
