Cobalt Coast is a great destination. Visited: July 2002 Posted by lisa Cobalt Coast is right on the water and provides a great hideaway for people who want to stay somewhere quiet and yet convenient. The service and food are excellent, as is the diving, snorkeling and swimming. You can drive downtown in 15 minutes or less, but you won't want to leave the peaceful terrace looking out over the water, or the warm water itself. Cobalt Coast and Divetech are superlative! Visited: January 2002 Posted by mcloul Cobalt Coast and Divetech on Grand Cayman is a great place to stay, paired with an excellent dive operator. The Cobalt Coast resort is an intimate, relaxing place with a most charming owner/host who has a knack for knowing just what would make each guest the most comfortable. It's only 10-15 minutes from Seven-Mile Beach, but is tucked away in a supremely quiet, off-the-beaten-path corner of the island. The shore diving is wonderful right from the pier, and tanks and weights are all available right there. The Divetech staff is friendly, professional, and fun to be with---a really nice group of people. They pick up at Cobalt Coast and drive you and all your stuff to the boat.
