Northern Lights Condos

Northern Lights (Rental Condos) is a privately owned and managed 9-unit luxury condo complex located on the waters edge on the quiet north coast of Grand Cayman. The beauty and comfort of these units are only matched by their surroundings: 240 feet of sandy beach, a coral reef teeming with life only 75 feet from shore and a panoramic view of 10 miles of shoreline. The buildings are tucked away among native palms, seagrape and almond trees. Every condo has a view of the pool, cabanas, boat dock and the multi-colored Caribbean Sea. There is a freshwater pool and a boardwalk reaching out into the sea, at the end of which is a thatched cabana.

Northern Lights has a level of luxury and livability found only in the million dollar condos on Seven Mile Beach but in a serene setting. Extra effort has been expended in the design and construction, of these units to give each occupant those extra special conveniences that make for casual and care-free island living. Fully equipped kitchens, 2 bedrooms & 2-1/2 baths, whirlpool in master bath, Corian counter tops and sinks throughout, central air conditioning, 10' ceilings with fans in all rooms, cable TV, washer & dryer, large sliding doors leading to screened patios.

Directly in front of Northern Lights are some of the island's most spectacular dive sites: Mermaid Point Drop-off, Skinny Palm Tree Reef Drop-off, and Babylon to name a few. All sites are accessible from the shore for experienced divers. Fish or snorkel right from our own dock.
