	Please note: We were not aware of this because it was not on any of the web sites: In the wake of Hurricane Ivan (9/04) The Hyatt Regency resort was closed! Only the Hyatt Beach Suites were in operation and are no longer affiliated with Britannia. That being said, we were still able to use the beach facilities at the Hyatt, but we had to open up an account with the main desk in order to charge drinks, food, etc. We elected not to do this and used our credit card card for purchases there. We rented our villa at Britannia through an independent property management firm, whose rental office was actually at the Treasure Island resort (we had to pick up our keys there en route from the airport). The villa itself faced the waterway and was absolutely first rate, with plenty of room for a family of six, and had all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise. Would return in a heartbeat!
