This is the best property on Grand Cayman. Visited: February 2005 Posted by elchnow I have been to Grand Cayman many times and have never stayed at a place as great as Lacovia. The condos are very well kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the location couldn't be better. You can walk to the shopping center and they let you bring the basket to Lacovia. They pick them up at the end of each day. Many great restaurants are just a walk away, too. There seems to be no sign of Ivan's destruction at Lacovia. I was told they were the first condo to open after the hurricane. The beach is one of the best I have ever been to. There is great snorkeling right off the beach, and the water is crystal clear. Every water toy you could ever want is for rent 50 yards down the beach, as is Red Sail dive tours. You'll have a great time here. 7 users found this review helpful. 0 found this review unhelpful.
