The Meridian is a First Class Oceanfront Condominium that opened in November 2005 in the heart of 7 Mile Beach, just 200 yds south of the Ritz-Carlton. It is within walking distance of 20 restaurants, many shops and a large grocery store (Fosters). One really doesn't need a rental car while staying at the Meridian.
Only 22 of the 34 condominiums are within the rental program at the Meridian. For larger groups it is often easy to lease adjacent units on floors 2-5. Two modern elevators, daily maid service, underground parking, oceanfront freshwater pool with heated hot tub, fitness center and gourmet kitchens make the Meridian a great luxury value compared to your other hotel/condo accommodation choices on 7 Mile Beach.
