Q: I live in California and want to know if I can stay in Cuba for two weeks. I would be with my friend. I just didn't know if I was able to fly or I would have to use a boat. Is it possible to come to Cuba and if so how do I go about it. Thanks, Answer

A: Not without breaking US law. A US citizen who travels to Cuba will face civil penalties and criminal prosecution upon return to the United States. There are a few exceptions like journalists, government officials, and certain business travelers. You can read more here:
