Este hotel não presta Visited: April 2006 Posted by domingos_alve 3 Casais Portugueses passamos 2 noites no hotel Deauville. A apresentação dos quartos chocou-nos. O Hotel é muito velho e a remodelação está muito mal acabada. O menu do jantar só tinha 2 pratos e iguais nos 2 dias, qualquer deles mal confeccionado. O serviço muito mau. Hotel Hotetur Deauville did not live up to the web site description. Visited: January 2006 Posted by grunkles I stayed in three different rooms, and none were even remotely close to web site description or pictures. Disgusting Visited: March 2005 Posted by hafstein We had 11 nights reservation over the Easter 2005 at this hotel. Because of fog on Charles DeGaulle Airport in France our Air France flight from Heathrow was delayed in Paris for one night. We sent the Horizontes company in Spain as well as their offices in Cuba email where we explained our situation in detail. We even managed to call the reservation of the hotel and explain to them that we were stranded in Paris for the night but would arrive the next day. We were told not to worry, our room would be waiting for us the next day. When we came the next day they however told us everything was fully booked and they couldnt do anything for us. If you dont want to be standing on some street in Havana in the middle of the night like us when every hotel in Havana is fully booked, stay a long way from this discusting hotel and its Horizontes chain. 2 users found this review helpful. 2 found this review unhelpful.
