Located only 5 minutes from Roseau on the South West Coast of the island this superior (casual) tourist class hotel can easily become your home away from home. Our diverse selection of plants
encourage many beautiful birds like the "Antillian crested humming bird", the Warbler, to name a few.

Enjoy a fantastic Panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from all rooms and restaurant and bar. Our Ocean Terrace Restaurant not only boasts its spectacular view (where on can take pleasure in a more than often whale sighting) but its delightful local and international cuisine.

The same can be said for our Carib Bar. Relax while listening to local music and enjoying our local beer with the warm rays of the afternoon sun gently stroking your already tanned body (compliments our pool lounge chairs.)

All our rooms have been recently refurbished with fresh Caribbean colors! All our rooms contain all modern amenities including internet service, and private balcony.

Full service PADI dive center. Our policy is dive, dive, dive. There is no need to handle your gear except when you are regretfully packing to return home.

We are Dominica's Whale Watch pioneers with the only Sperm Whale skeleton in the Caribbean. We offer weekly Whale Watch Excursions from 2:00 on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sunday. Come experience the "Ultimate Wildlife Adventure"!

We offer party cruises/charters with our 75' sailing catamaran "Passion" and our 60' luxurious power catamaran "Miser's Dream". Overnight trips to neighboring islands (no visa needed for US citizens).
