When I asked them a question, they seemed to give me an attitude. I thought the food was horrible, and the phone from my room never worked. My room was always dirty, too. I wouldn't go back to this place even if they paid me the stay. I wouldn't recommend it. Visited: February 2004 Posted by lferras The rooms were clean and pleasant. The food was excellent with lots of variety. A beautiful walk led us to one of the most beautiful and friendly beaches, especially safe for children. The pools were clean and inviting and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The animation staff was a lot of fun to watch, and the visitors always seemed to get a good laugh. Keep up the good work guys and gals. The best part for me has always been the people (staff and locals). The people of Boca Chica have always been warm and friendly to me, and after 14 years and some 20+ visits I have gained many friends and haven't had enough. Visited: August 2003 Posted by rosaaln Once I got to the hotel; there was no room for me and my family including a 14 year old; the administrations sent us to another hotel; DECAMERON; no hot water; no room service in 4 days; no clean towels; there were animals in the hotel; it was awful!! Visited: May 2003 Posted by castillka My eighteen-year-old son and I spent one full week here and we were absolutely pleased with everything.
