Es Precioso Visited: June 2004 Posted by patrigarbles Soy española y pase la semana mas feliz de mi vida en ese hotel y con las gentes de los alrededores, es la zona de republica dominicana mas salvaje, es una zona sin explotar y eso la hace espectacular.Este hotel esta ubicado una de las zonas mas impresionantes de la isla, y el trato que recibes de la gente que trabaja alla y sus costumbres alimenticias son fasciinantes, y no olvidemos su musica, se levantan bailando y se acuetan bailando. No dejen de probar la cerveza dominicana Presidente, la mejor y su ron. Yo lo recomiendo a todo el que pueda ir. Es un paraje de ensueño. Ademas del trato que recibiran en el hotel por parte de sus empleados. It said Maravilloso from the point of view of everybody. We planned to stay a week because of the pictures in the Internet, as well. We stayed three days. This is why: -Almost the same boring design/construction as the other Barcelo (Cartagena). -There’s one restaurant with poor fluorescent light bulbs -Poor food! Dominicans cook very well, but for some reason the meat was overcooked. And, depending on the meat, only one person is serving the meat. The rest of the time, you help yourself, where your feel your hunger disappear when seeing the sloppy trays (mostly desserts); mixed up serving spoons on the wrong place. Tasteless and cold coffee was always being served. There was no way to enjoy a good natural juice; if you are not lucky it might have finished when you ordered it. -There was bad service. Dominicans in general are friendly, but not here. They barely smiled. - Beach? It is only visible, and hard to bathe. It is full of coral reef. Use the pool! -Do not make reservations from Monday through Thursday, since there is not entertainment available until Friday and Saturday when some music is played. - At the front desk there’s no way to get information on tours for Ecotourism.
