Seafood, often coupled with pasta or risotto, is the focus on the menu. You can find live lobsters, a delicacy not often seen in the Dominican Republic, as well as sushi. The Alfresco roll and the shrimp tempura-spinach roll will make ordinary sushi pale in comparison. As starters, shrimp carpaccio or fresh octopus with basil and tomato in fish sauce (here called "anguilla sauce") are appetizers that you won't find in your hometown.
