This was a nice villa for a reasonable price. Visited: February 2004 |

We stayed in one of the high villas overlooking Grande Anse and far off St. George's.
This hypnotic view absorbed a great deal of our time. Like gods overseeing from Olympus we watched the waves and weather, the beach activities, and the numerous sails and other craft. Occasionally, in a late afternoon shower, a full and vivid rainbow would arch across the entire sky.
Our villa was nicely appointed and easy to move into and feel at home. We ate at home many nights as it was easy to purchase food fixings at the shopping plaza a ten-minute walk toward Grande Anse. There were numerous restaurants nearby, but we preferred the one right in the hotel as a reasonable combination of quality and value.
For about 50 cents, you can take a bus to St. George's, see the sites and have more choices. The beach accessability was down a steep hill and the walk to the upper accommodations could be a struggle, but we got used to it.
The staff was very professional, always updating us on tours and other important travel stuff. We took several tours while here. The full island tour with Donnarae from Caribbean Travel was exceptionally well done.
Cariakou was worth the ferry trip and snorkeling nearby was supposed to be good. We went over to Petite St. Vincent which was nice, but not up to the Atlantic side of Tobago Cay.
After all the activity, it was good to return to our comfortable villa and restful sleeps that went on for up to ten hours. Already we are considering a return trip next winter. |

We just returned from three weeks at Cinnamon Hill. The accommodations were very spacious.
Our villa had a large bedroom with two comfortable beds, a balcony, dressing room and large bathroom on the lower level. On the upper level there was a living room, kitchen, balcony and second bathroom. The hillside setting provided wonderful views and breezes, although the bedroom was air conditioned as well.
We would recommend Cinnamon Hill to anyone who wants a lot of space and does not mind climbing hills to get in and out. The location on Grenada was also excellent. There were two beaches, shops and restaurants in easy walking distance of the property.
