This hotel needs to be closed down. Visited: August 2008 Posted by minou I came on the night of August 12th. The pool was nasty, and the room they gave us smelled like paint. The television did not work, and the bathroom was dirty. Finally, we went to see the third room. There was no air conditioning. Visited: October 2006 Posted by mar1686 I have stayed at the Oloffson many times over the last 22 years. I have never had a bad stay or met a unhappy traveler. It is a truly unique place and has changed little since Graham Greene. Your fellow guests are likely to be interesting. I have met diplomats, rock stars, actors, anthropologists and journalists.
