Q: my bestfriend is ochos rios for a wedding and her birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to send balloons or have the hotel do something special or even send a telegram. what can I do other than send flowers? Answer

| A: Flowers or a telegram (Western Union) are your options. Sorry not much of market for ballon-o-grams in Jamaica. |
