Round Hill boasts unpretetnious elegance. Visited: May 2006 Posted by kahemmes This was my third visit to Round Hill, and it was better then ever! The new chef has really improved the food quality tremendously. The villas were top notch. You have to love the private staff who come in and cook for you every morning. The recently renovated hotel rooms were just fabulous, too! The new pool was exquisite, and the staff was truly fantastic. In addition, the spa was a tranquil escape. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The food was delicious, and there was fun entertainment at the restaurant many of the nights. We also had wonderful massages at the spa (a short walk away), to a part of the resort where children were not permitted, so adults had an oasis of quiet and calm. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly, with special attention to the kids. We had a "nanny" many days to watch our youngest (two years) so we could relax, and she was a pro! The sitter service was very reasonable compared to other hotels. Overall, we had a near-perfect experience! Visited: November 2003 Posted by kahemmes I went to Round Hill with a friend--annual girls trip--this was the pefect place for "R and R". We stayed in one of the Pineapple House rooms--what a view to wake up to every day! Breakfast was excellent--with the choice of room service or the beach-side terrace--it was usually the toughest decision of the day. The staff could not do enough for us--everyone was pleasant, very accommodating and friendly. I had a nice treatment at the seaside spa--one of the best facials I've had. We spent the afternoons snorkeling around the reef or out on the resort's catamaran. Round Hill would also be a great place for a wedding. Visited: January 2002 Posted by Ladydeb6 We visited Round Hill for the first time January 2002, after having heard of it through a friend. Our flight was seven hours late and we nearly cancelled the trip. Thank goodness we waited. It was - without a doubt - the ultimate vacation. Our superior villa suite was absolutely charming and private. The breakfast cooked for us on our veranda was a dream. What a beautiful way to start the day! The staff was so friendly and gracious. Nothing was too much. The food was just delicious. We never left the resort. We will return this January. For us, it was the perfect Crribbean getaway. We have no desire to go anywhere else. Visited: October 2001 Posted by plz2meatu We first went to Round Hill in December of 2000 and loved it so much that we went back less than one year later. We stayed in a different villa each trip, and each was different from one another, but both were fabulous. We visited friends at another villa, which was even better yet.
