Hotel Villa Bella was recently officially opened by the Honourable Minister of Industry and Tourism Minister Aloun Assamba -under the new management of Colibri Resorts and Properties Ltd.
Villa Bella overlooks six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, and is surrounded by majestic trees, fragrant herbal gardens, and home grown vegetables and citrus. The many flower gardens, provides the perfect backdrop for the frequent wedding photo shoots by local photographers. Its colonial charm embraces the refreshing mountain climate, where the birds frequently sing to the guests, who craves life’s natural pleasures. It is fifteen minutes from Mandeville, the nearest town, 71 miles from Kingston and 63 miles from Montego Bay. Here, temperatures ranges from the 70’s daytime, to the 60’s nighttime.
The fifteen quaint bedrooms, boast mahogany floors, the original Victorian and Art Deco furniture, private bathrooms and with garden or mountain views. The hotel sleeps a maximum of 30 in single, double and triple rooms. The Verandah Restaurant and Dining Room offers the perfect setting and ambiance to enjoy great food and wonderful company. Our meeting room accommodates 50 persons theatre style and 26 persons class room style. We cater to seminars, church groups, retreats, romantic weddings and other special occasions-and seat 160 persons on the terrace, 30 in the dining room and 30 in the restaurant.
