Silent Waters Villa - Jamaica

Silent Waters is a 10 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa located six miles west of Montego Bay, and sits on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

Consisting of 18 acres the site includes 12 buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools. Five villa suites plus the owner's private villa accommodates up to 20 guest.

The villa is a distinctive mixture of Balinese and Thai-style architecture consisting of the Owner's villa and 5 individual private detached guest house/suites, each under separate roof, with elaborate en-suite bathrooms, Far Eastern furnishings and decor.

The suites have been carefully situated to ensure privacy from other guest, while still providing breathtaking seaside and mountain views. The indoor and outdoor settings for each villa capitalize on the property's expansive and heavily landscaped grounds and pools.

Each suite has its own patio with chase lounges for sunning and relaxation, garden chairs and tables and most suites have both indoor and outdoor showers to allow for intimate privacy. All suites have their own air conditioner and ceiling fans, wet bar, telephone, stereo system, high speed wireless internet service, LCD high definition television with DVD player and IPOD docking station.

The owners villa was designed with every detail in mind to run smoothly and independently of the remaining property. The owners villa has it's own infinity edge swimming pool. sun deck, dining room with elegant glass dining table for intimate dinners, kitchen, bedroom, large dual indoor/outdoor shower and waterfall.

The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen enabling the chefs to produce savory menus from simple caribbean dining to international haute cuisine. Meals may be served in either the main Dining Pavilion with its rare 15 foot Brazilian Bahia sky blue granite dining table or the al fresco breakfast Gazebo, both of which are surrounded by the wrap around 80 foot long reflection and swimming pools.

Adjacent to the dining area is the Main Pavilion lounge and poolside area. one hundred feet of sliding glass doors disappear into pocket walls to expose the property's breathtaking views. Guest will enjoy a "Yamaha Disklavier" player baby grand piano and a state- of-the-art home theater system with surround sound, a 42" LCD High Definition television with DVD player and a stereo music system. The main pavilion opens to an expansive marble terrace and infinity-edge olympic size swimming pool and sunning area that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Montego Bay.

Rental Notes

Guests occupying lower levels 1 & 2 share a detached bath with upper level guests.

Guests occupying lower levels 4 & 5 share an attached en-suite bath with main level guests - recommended for families with young children or close family / friends.

Owner's Villa is available for an additional $6,500 per week year-round. Minimum rental of 1-3 villas is required for rental of the Owner's Villa.
