This was the worst place ever - don't stay here. Visited: March 2009 Posted by torquay This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to spend one night in. The place was falling apart. I was booked for two weeks, but left after one night. The shower didn't work, the room was filthy, there were holes in the sheets, and picnic tables in the dining room. Also, two single beds were put together for a queen, the door wouldn't lock, the light didn't work, and there were ants in the bathroom. The pool was dirty, and there was no beach. In addition, the sliding door wouldn't close, and we couldn't make personal calls except with the reception phone with staff dialing and listening. Visited: February 2008 Posted by horrifiedbyseacrest The only reason we were here was because we got bumped from the resort we should have stayed in. We were only here for one night, and we left as soon as we could the next morning. It seemed like everyone staying at the Seacrest that night was someone who had been bumped from our resort, no one was actually supposed to be a Seacrest guest. This place was an absolute dump. The sliding doors didn't lock, the bathroom was small and filthy, and the beds weren't made (and looked like someone else had slept in them). Also, the pool was missing about three feet of water, and was closed. We were afraid that something was going to come crawling out of corners. The shower barely worked, too. This was our best vacation ever. Visited: November 2002 Posted by ypierre I have responded many times to say how pleased we were with our accommodations. We are from Florida, well traveled and were a bit hesitant to make any type of reservations internationally on-line. I don't think we'll have the nerve to do it again anywhere else, but we can't begin to tell you how wonderful our wedding, accommodations and honeymoon were! We are both in our 40s, and have never been more pleasantly surprised by your staff, accommodations and the honesty of your website pictures. We are used to 4 to 5 star accommodations, and the entire vacation was the best ever ( I guess you should feel that way about your honeymoon). We will be coming again this year with one or two other well-traveled couples. Believe me, that says a lot. We could go anywhere, but Green Cay Villas, your staff, location and accommodations offered the most perfect retreat.
