If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place to have a peace of mind, Coral Cove is the choice.
It is nestled among the true Jamaican culture in a small village. The people are warm, the food is real Jamaican cuisine, tasty and Irie! The rooms are spacious with a king size bed that provides comfortable resting.
I am looking forward to another trip to Carol Cove to enjoy the people, the food, the beach, and the little trips to Negril! |

What upset me the most about this hotel was that the web site is misleading. There were no bath products in the bath, except a tiny bar of soap. The towels were thread bare, mismatched, and rough.
The owner's son seemed disinterested in his guests, and the food was mostly from cans. If the price was less, I wouldn't have been surprised, but they charged a lot of money for what we got.
In addition, if you want to go anywhere on the island, it's a $30. cab ride each way! Be prepared to put a lot of additional money into a stay at Coral Cove, as it was very isolated.
On a positive note, the property itself was lovely. It's a shame that the web site was so misleading. |

We did not find this place until we got to Jamaica.
Coral Cove is quiet, and the people staying here were mostly referrals or return guests.
They had wireless, food, and drink. Also, the staff was great. The beds were also very comfortable.
We orginally had booked just one night, and ended up staying for two. |

I stayed with a couple of friends at Coral Cove. It was my second visit to Jamaica, and definitely not my last.
The location of the resort was perfect. It was located in a small Jamaican village populated with very friendly people. Here, one can really get a sense of true Jamaican culture.
The accommodations were gorgeous and were cleaned and tidied daily. The private beach was perfect for sunbathing.
The food was amazing! I loved waking up and getting served breakfast, or coming back from Negril and having dinner waiting for me. The best part was, food and drinks were included in the price! I drank and ate my weight every day.
My friends and I stayed at the resort for most of our vacation, but we left a couple of times to go to Negril (a short drive away) to hit up some clubs and tourist attractions.
Coral Cove was a great place for the price. I would recommend for anyone tired of going to cookie-cutter tourist hotels. |
