This was a little slice of heaven!Visited: July 2002

I found this hotel while surfing the net last year. Since the rates were just up my alley budgetwise, I took a chance, reserved two rooms for my sister and friends, and came down.
My apprehensions were heightened when we arrived and left at the back of the hotel in the parking lot. However, upon seeing the lobby, our rooms, the veranda and ocean view, we were all so happily surprised!
Our breakfasts in the morning on the sand were wonderful, the beach was very clean and the water was glorious. The staff was friendly and the clientele was a good mix. We could really relax with everyone and we loved it all.
My sister and I are returning in July again. Oh, and the sunsets were beautiful. No fancy clothes were needed here - just a tee shirt, bathing suit, shorts and thongs and we were good to go! This resort was definitely a must for a very relaxing and unpretentious vacation!

The Tree House is NegrilVisited: December 2001

My wife and I have been frequenting Negril for many years and have always counted on the Tree House for the best vacation possible. If you want to experience Negril and not just some overpriced (all-inclusive) fort surrounded by other shielded guests, then the Tree House is it.
For newcomers, learn to say "No man!" to the constant barrage of peddlers and you'll be say'n "No problem" to a great vacation/holiday. Let’s not forget the proximity to Margaritaville, Negril’s all day/all night party place.

Negril Tree House Resort is for the laid back vacationer!Visited: July 2001

When I first arrived at the Tree House, I was a little taken back! You are dropped off in a parking lot! It reminded me of summer camp. After a day, I changed my mind.
The room was spacious and clean. It was located in the middle of a seven-mile beach which made it accessible to all the other resorts. It was next to Marguaritaville, the all day and night party place.
The dinner hours needed to be expanded. After 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m., there was no dinner.
The beach was wonderful. I recommend you treat yourself to the sunset cruise. It was wonderful!
You never have to dress up at the Negril, so if you are the laid back kind, you will be at home. I would definitely stay at the Tree House if I were to return to Negril.

The ocean view from the suite is wonderfulVisited: December 2000

I have been visiting the Tree House for 6 years. The grounds are beautiful, the people that serve you are very friendly, and every morning I have a Jamaican breakfast delivered to the suite that is out of this world.
The only complaint I have is the restaurant (dinner) and the hours. But everything else was very enjoyable.
The beach is cleaned every morning and if you feel the need, security is available if you want it even on the beach. Transportation is readily available, right outside the lobby.

A nice place to relax in the sun!Visited: October 2000

My boyfriend and I went to Negril. I went a day before him and the staff was very nice to me, making sure to let me know that I should just call if I needed anything. The beach area is also nice.
The breakfast, however, is not that great and the dinner hours need to be extended. Tourists sometimes eat late, as well as sleep late.
The Tree House isn’t a four-star hotel, but the staff, the beach and Jamaica will bring me back again and again!! Thank you Diana, my guide from Air Jamaica Travels.

All-in-all, the Tree House is a great hotel.Visited: May 2000

My three friends and I arrived in Negril 05/24/00 with this being our first taste of Negril. I must admit going through the gate at the Tree House, I became a little apprehensive...but once inside the lobby, the fears dissipated. The suite we had was huge and gorgeous and consisted of two bedrooms, two baths, dining room, sitting room, loft and a huge veranda overlooking the pool, bar, and the beautiful ocean, not to mention the hammock and swing chair right on the porch!!
All the employees were very helpful and courteous. I didn't notice any beach erosion while I was here. All you see is beautiful white sand and crystal blue Caribbean water. The grounds were spotless and it was well lit at night.
The buffet breakfast was very tastey. The gift shop was a little pricey but that is to be expected since it is part of the hotel..but I had a wonderful time shopping in it. We will definitely be returning to Negril and the Tree House is our hotel of choice...because it is close to everything.

The Negril Tree House is my paradise!Visited: March 2000

A group of us stayed in the Tree House Resort back in March and I am so happy we did. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and perfect, and the staff was friendly and very helpful getting us what we needed.
The bar is open 24 hours which is great, and the bartenders are all so nice, not to mention, they mix a killer fruit daiquiri!
The beachfront is spectacular and its location on the seven-mile beach is right where you want to be.
I look forward to returning next March. We all miss having breakfast on the beach as well as those spectacular sunsets every evening; they are breathtaking, nothing else in the world can compare!

The Tree House is absolutely fabulous for the following reasons: a wonderful staff, great rooms (in my case the Ocean Front Suite) and very tasty French toast. :-)
Even with beach erosion the place is fantastic, especially since they have a pool and a Jacuzzi. The location is good; right in the middle of everything and yet you are still able to create your own little oasis of peace.

We loved the friendly atmosphere and peaceful nature of the hotel staff and guests. Beautiful, clean room (although kind of cramped). Not much of a beach, either, after Hurricane Mitch.

The best hotel in NegrilVisited: November 1999

Tree House is a confortable and nice resort. All the rooms are very clean and large, and in the restaurant the food is really good and healthy. It's a safe hotel, but at the same time it is very "open" and you can have relationships with Jamaican people.
