All our guests enjoy the genuine Negril Beach Experience, for those who are looking for that very special hideaway vacation in an exotic tropical beach front garden with old-style Negril ambiance and a caring Jamaican staff who will make you feel right at home.

All set on 2 beach front acres of beautiful, lush, exotic tropical gardens right in the center of the beach where you can walk to everything. Spend your day taking in all the flavors of Negril or just relaxing under a favorite palm tree.
The hotel is not a commercial vacation spot. It is a very private, un-hotel, un-inclusive setting in only 9 rental units to suit individual tastes, no planned activities or schedules, you make your own. The Staff will help in every way.
The 2 and 3 bedroom family-style private garden cottages offer a unique natural beach life environment in an exotic tropical garden filled with fruit trees, orchids, hummingbirds, butterflies and all kinds of blooming flowers.
The beach guard will arrange for your beach lounge to be placed in the shade or in the sun as you choose and is happy to watch all personal belongings should you wish to take a walk, go for a water sports ride or take a nap.
A night watchman is on duty from sunset 'til sunrise while you sleep.
Nirvana also has 2, two-man kayaks that are free for the use of guests, children must be accompanied by an adult to use them.
There is a swing set and an adorable play house for the kids right out on the beach front. The thatch roofed garden gazebo is a natural and fully shaded gathering spot for Nirvana guests to meet and share conversation. The new Negril Hills 18 Hole Golf Course is a 10 minute drive from the hotel gate.
Nirvana recommends drivers who are happy to see to all your transportation needs, private
air port transfers at reasonable rates
as well as arrange shopping trips, country tours of all kinds and will act as your private guide. They will check with you each day, if asked.
Extra services such as day trips to the countryside, several pristine
waterfalls, Black River Safari and many other beautiful tours as well as all water sports activities and personal services such as laundry and babysitting are easily arranged at your request.
Phone & Fax service is available on a limited basis.
The cottages feature fully equipped kitchens and daily maid and cook service for 1 meal a day (guests provide all groceries needed for meal preparation). Every cottage is set under shady trees and has 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds, with ceiling fans in all rooms.
The air-conditioned honeymoon suite is a romantic over sized room with a full self catering kitchen
king size bed, walk-in closet, tile and marble bath, and a private 20'x 15'deck that's open to the sky with total privacy. The ocean view is breathtaking.
There are also 2 spacious and luxurious beach front A/C veranda suites each with a complete self catering kitchenette, big posh tiled bathroom with a bidet and double sink vanity with separate dressing room.
These two suites are completely private and each features a romantic 4 poster king size bed with netting. The ocean and beach front view from the private veranda is a romantic memory maker and the perfect spot for sunset watching.
Our fabulous deluxe & beach front owner's villa
is our personal 1 BR BEACH FRONT villa that we are now offering to 2 guests only this is a unit we have just put on the market, it is a very open & spacious private luxury 1 BR beach front villa, fully screened, it has king-size bed in an A/C bedroom with a louvered ocean view.
It has an exotic & lushly planted tiled outdoor walled shower garden, a designer bathroom with a bidet & second indoor shower & a large his & hers walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & sink. A large dining & sitting room & a separate living room.
There is a covered but open large tiled Veranda with a table & chairs, a hammock & a swing chair facing the ocean & the beach. The ocean view is breathtaking. rate for 2 people is $335/nt.
Please add 8.5% JA hotel tax and 10% gratuity for the staff tip pool to all rentals.
Roll-a-way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extras.
All units have in-room security boxes.
