Transfers:	Guests arriving at the SKB airport will be met after clearing the Customs area and transported directly to the resort's pier by private water launch. Guests arriving at NEV airport will be met and transferred to the Resort. A $50 per room/roundtrip charge will be added and payable at checkout. Description:

The Palm Grove Villas of Four Seasons Resort Estates are set right next to Four Seasons Resort Nevis, with stunning views of the golf course (1st fairway) and Nevis Peak (minimal ocean view). The duplex style, single level two-bedroom, 2-bath villas feature fully screened verandahs, and most also have a plunge pool and sunning deck surrounded by foliage for privacy. (The two-bedroom Hibiscus units with 1 king and 2 twins does NOT have a private pool. The units with 4 twins does have a private plunge pool.)

Nestled among the palm trees and surrounded by lush gardens, the villas are just steps from the Sports Pavilion and an easy walking distance from the beach, the first tee of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course, the resort swimming pools, and the Great House, all supported by the amenities and personal service of Four Seasons Resort Nevis.

The Palm Grove Two-Bedroom Villa can also be configured with three, five and six bedrooms. They feature spacious living quarters with cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped open-concept gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple televisions, and DVD and CD players. Palm Grove Villas are a short stroll (300 - 400 yards) or golf cart ride from the golf course, pools, beach, restaurants and Resort facilities.

The master bathroom has a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower; the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have dual vanities.

Villa Notes:
A maximmum of 3 adults (18 and older) will be allowed per room. A third adult staying in the same room is charged $80 per night (plus additional 9% tax and 10%service). For families, a maximum of 4 persons is allowed (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18). If the number of guests travelling exceeds the maximum occupancy stated, please book more than one room.

Rollaways and cribs are offered at no charge and must be requested at time of reservation but are subject to availability. (Only 1 rollaway per room is possible.)

During peak holiday season (December 15 - January 3), only one golf cart per villa is available.

Two meal plans are offered - Modified American Plan (MAP), which includes breakfast and dinner and the Full American Plan (FAP), including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meal plans are run-of-the-menu, without surcharges or restrictions on dining rooms. Rates for each meal plan are as follows (service charge and tax applies):

*Breakfast: $29 per person
*Breakfast and Dinner: $105 per person
*Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner: $130 per person

Children ages 4-11 receive 50% off the meal plan. Children up to 3 years receive complimentary meal plan.
