Q: We are planning on traveling to Puerto Rico for four short days. We fly in and out of San Juan but would like to get out of the busy city and spend some time near the ocean. We like to play in the water, eat good food, and be near a cool town with some shopping or night life. Where would you recommend we stay? Answer

A: About a 30 minute drive out of San Juan is the Westin Rio Mar Resort. Great beach, lots of amenities. YOu can stay in the resort or in the apartments.
If it were me, I would stay in San Juan though. It is more dense, but lots to do and see.
