Did you find this helpful? Very disappointing. Visited: June 2003 Posted by predmoretr I took my daughter to Puerto Rico and circled the island. On our eastern trip we decided to stay here two nights, which was a mistake. The staff was very polite, but the rooms and facilities were merely average at best. You need to understand that this is an inexpensive family vacation spot. Be prepared for the multitude of screaming kids running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, and screaming at the pool. This is not a quiet, well-built hotel. Seeing this prior to our first nights stay, we asked for the second night to be refunded so we could head back to San Juan. They refused to offer a refund on the second night saying it would not be that bad. At 6 am the next morning the noise started. We left and forfeited our second night’s payment. Visited: March 2003 Posted by jbwjdp The place is very clean but overpriced for what it is. Plus, I thought that the food is awful! I didn't care for area that much. We were in the end, first-floor room, which is open to the outside of the property, which made me feel uncomfortable. Visited: March 2003 Posted by cneal For the price, it is a nice place. But do not be confused with the pictures on the internet of the hotel. They are deceiving. the place is not that big, nor is the pool. However, it is nice for the price. Visited: December 2002 Posted by rjdd100 The hotel entrance ceiling tiles are falling appart ! The room walls were covered with mildew and the food was not good !
