Transfers:	A villa chauffer is available to pick you up at the airport and transport you to the villa for $90 (1 - 4 persons by van; $20/per person over 4) or $120 Lincoln Town Car (1 - 2 or 3 persons - with light luggage and no golf clubs). If you have rented a car, you will go directly to your rental car agency counter at the airport, where you will be provided with a villa packet containing keys and directions to the villa. Taxis at the airport charge $90 for transportation to the villa.

Description:

This large golf villa is located inside the premises of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, just next to the golf clubhouse - a plus for the golf enthusiast.

At the clubhouse there are shops, a sports bar, sauna, massage room, and the most popular restaurant of the resort. At the golf clubhouse you will also find beautiful lounges with breathtaking views of the golf courses.

Villa Beatrice has spacious living and dining areas professionally decorated within casually elegant furniture, terra-cotta tile floors and equipped with an entertainment center with AM/FM stereo, CD player, and 27" TV with cable. The living room has French style doors which you can keep closed when you have the air-conditioner on and see the nice view; or open the doors and feel that you are right outside with nature. The living room has 2 queen size sofa beds that sleep 4 children comfortably. In the family room there's a queen size futon.

The very spacious bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. It also has a balcony with French style doors. Even if you open the sun blinds of the French doors, the location of the villa makes this room very private. There's also an entertainment center with 27" TV with cable and VCR in the bedroom.

The kitchen has new appliances, including refrigerator, electric range with oven, coffeemaker and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware and cookware.

Guests will spend a great deal of time on the furnished balconies offering spectacular views of the golf course.

The cluster where Villa Beatrice is located has a very nice playground area, which is near the villa.

The resort offers many activities for the family to enjoy which include a full service spa, 12 restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses - Greg Norman's River Course and Tom and George Fazio's Ocean Course, 13 har-Tru courts operated by Peter Burwash International, bicycle trails, scuba diving, sailing/rentals, plenty of water sports, hiking, casino, bar/cocktail lounge, live entertainment, beauty salon, complete fitness center, business center, concierge, Shopping boutiques, laundry, babysitting referral, kid's club program, children's pool, playground area and arcade/game room.

Nearby, you'll find VCR/DVD rentals, a large and modern grocery store, drug store and wonderful local dining.

Also, there are many highlights nearby the resort to explore including the cascading waterfalls and the rivers of El Yunque tropical forest, horseback riding on the foothills of the majestic El Yunque and the beach, Bioluminescent Bay night kayak trip, catamaran snorkeling excursion, Old San Juan tour, deep sea fishing and the dramatic Camuy caves.

Rental Notes:
You are allowed to use the facilities of both the resort and Wyndham Hotel. You must pay for everything consumed with either cash or credit card (there are no charge accounts) and you also receive the same special rates for Golf and Tennis as guests of the hotel do.
