I would rate it with ten stars, if possible! Visited: November 2007 Posted by feli182023@aol_com During my stay here, everyone treated me with professionalism. They were able to assist me with some problems I encountered (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I owe a special thank you to Yajaira, the manager, and all the staff who assisted us during our vacation. Rincon Beach was nice looking, clean, and comfortable. Visited: January 2006 Posted by cmotto My boyfriend and I just came back from Rincon. We liked the hotel. The grounds were clean and well-kept. The room (we stayed in 554) was also clean, and nice-looking. Our only complaint? No full-length mirror! We asked if we could be moved to a room that had one, but were told no rooms had them. The pool area was also clean, and nice looking. The only food we ate from the resort was by the pool (my boyfriend had a burger, I had a salad) and breakfast one of the days (we both had cereal with fruit). The poolside food was not terrible, but it was not great. One other thing that was less than perfect was having to hand in your towel cards every time you wanted a towel for the pool/beach. That was the same with the business center - any time you wanted to use it, you needed to stop by the front desk so they could give you an access card. I understand the reasoning behind this, but it was still a little annoying.
