This is a hot guesthouse in San Juan with great apartments and affordable prices. Visited: July 2008 Posted by robertpalmer I stayed in a cute studio apartment. It had everything I needed - a flat panel TV, wireless Internet, stainless steel kitchen, bathroom, comfortable queen sized bed - the works! There are other apartments in the building, but it's a very private and warm feeling in the building. There´s a laundry room in the back, and an outdoor shower (perfect to clean up all the sand after a day at the beach). There´s even a beautiful mango tree for your breakfast smoothie! When we arrived, we realized what an amazing deal we actually got because of the level of quality that we received would have cost four times more in any hotel. Visited: April 2008 Posted by nycbeachbum I´ve stayed here twice. The first time, I stayed at a beautiful apartment with a private outdoor. The apartment had a stainless steel kitchen, cool futon, a comfy queen sized bed, and a big bathroom. I brought my Mac mini, and I hooked it up to the hdmi enabled flat screen tv. I looked around the are, and these apartments are hot!
