Description

C9 Hatillo del Mar is a delightful Casa built in typical Puerto Rican style. Located just above sea level on the ever changing blue Atlantic, C9 offers spectacular views of sunrise and sunset over the ocean from the Grande Galeria on the Upper Level.

Or relax with a cool drink and enjoy the scenery from the Lower Level Deck. Pelicans, cranes and other shore birds are frequently seen flying in tandem at the water's edge or walking in the park.

Directly across from C9 is a wonderful palm-lined park for a delightful evening stroll with your partner. Recent extensive renovations include addition of several gazebos as well as new ocean overlooks and an observation tower.

Neighborhood beaches are within a five minute walk. Protected tide pools as well as crashing surf can be found.
