Q: I want to permanently live on saba.
Would i be able to find a nice block of land with beautiful ocean views and can you advise me of approximately average price for a 2 acre block of land.
How about building a resident and a hotel on this property are there builders on the island that can handle this at reasonable price.
How does the material to build get to the island.

| A: We have a hotel for sale. there is a villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, private pool plus a one bedroom room apartment below. There is also a one bedroom cottage and the hotel with 6 bedrooms with private bath,an award winning restaurant, roof top pool. Yes, you can find builders on the island that can build a hotel and residence. The builders will help you on supplies. They all get there by boat.
