Q: what is the general rule of thumb for tipping the staff at a villa in St Barts. Is 10% of the villa rental reasonable Answer

| A: It really depends upon the staff. If you just have a maid and she is paid already, a few dollars per person if fine. If you have a cook and wait staff 10% should be fine split amongst them. |
