Villa Horizon St. Jean is a splendid example of what can happen when means, taste, and international experience unite to build a tropical home. This centrally located hill-top property includes a three bedroom villa, and an additional one bedroom Master's Suite in a separate structure notable for its elegance and privacy.

The owner-builder's passion for detail is expressed by many unusual features, including property-wide satellite televison distribution, individually adjustable air conditioning, a thermostatically heated pool, top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, and collector-quality furnishings, including objects d'art.

The pool terrace, gazebo and social areas all blend seamlessly into a generous habitat complemented by a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen.

A CD player, tape deck and radio are optionally distributed to the living room, kitchen, terrace and to every bedroom. A satellite television distribution system provides both French and American channels and VCR play to each bedroom, as well as the main salon.

An additional bathroom has been recently added for the use of staff and guests.

Three comfortable villa bedrooms, in addition to the Master's Suite, are carefully appointed to provide peace, quiet and convenience. Each has its own adjacent bathroom with double sinks, toilet and shower, a TV/VCR and its own air conditioning control, as well as two generous closets and a wall safe. King-size beds feature Simmons triple-layer orthopedic mattresses; the bed in bedroom #2 is divisible into two single beds.

Isolated from the rest of the property to insure privacy, the Master's Suite is an entirely self-contained unit with its own terrace, a huge bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor jacuzzi. The bathroom is divided into a large mirrored vanity room, a shower room and a toilet-bidet room. Walls are finished with British Columbia red cedar, and counter tops are covered with Blue Bahia Brazilian granite.

The most recent enhancement to Villa Horizon St. Jean is the addition of an independent "pool house" to provide an additional opportunity for relaxing and entertaining in a casual shaded setting adjacent to the pool.

Large hammocks and lounge chairs remove concern for wet bathing suits in the main living area, and ORBITREK professional fitness equipment is at your disposal. The large treadmill is located under the pool house facing the sea.

The "pool house" is also easily converted into an entertaining and banquet area seating up to 30 people.

Upon arrival, you will find a complimentary cold buffet including two bottles of champagne; mineral water and coffee is supplied throughout your entire stay. Two large and one small refrigerator are fully stocked with juices, beer, soft drinks, water etc. There is one fully stocked mini-bar in the master's villa as well as one in the main bedroom in the main villa.

Colette is at your service daily for housekeeping and concierge services. She wil tell you how to operate the sound system, the TV system, the pool thermostat, the barbecue, the wall safes and everything else. Additionally, she can direct you to many local services available in St. Barths: caterers, masseuses, beauty salons, etc.

Villa Horizon St. Jean is located at the end of a long private road, which enables guests to enjoy the spectacular view, day or night, without the annoyance of passing traffic.

Villa Notes:
Minimum rental is for one week for the entire house. Maximum number of occupants is eight including children. Rental periods which "straddle" Low and High Seasons will be priced at High Season rates for the entire stay. Daily à-la-carte American breakfast and airport pickup are included, as is personal laundry and ironing. Dinner will be waiting on the day of your arrival.

Additional Amenities
Housekeeping: complete cleaning in the a.m.; night preparation in the evening (bathrooms, beds, change of towels) “hotel style”, 7 days a week including holidays and
festivities. Towels: bath, changed twice daily beach, changed twice daily. Bed sheets: 3 changes per week, daily when requested by the customer or when needed. Customers’ personal laundry: washed and pressed throughout their stay; minor sewing work upon request.

Breakfast : American, à la carte, served from 8 am. to 10 am.

Mineral water: flat or bubbly, at will.
Fruit juices: and non alcoholic beverages (soft drinks), at will.
Coffee: expresso (Nespresso) or American, at will.
Refrigerators: (two large and one small) filled upon arrival and replenished during the entire stay: cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereals, jelly, milk, condiment, assorted raw vegetables, beer, juices, cookies.
2 Mini Bars: in Master’s Villa and Main bedroom. Champagne, alcohols, beer, juices, sodas,
snacks – Re-stocked daily during the High-Season, and weekly during the Low-Season.

Arrivals and Departures:
If requested, Yvon can pick you up pn your arrival at the airport and take care of your baggage. He can also accompany you to the airport upon their departure.

Other services included in the rental price: If needed, it is possible to make arrangements for car rentals, boat trips, etc… restaurant reservations, baby sitters, masseuse,
etc… advise guests on shops, restaurants, etc.. do errands for guests (supermarket, drugstore, etc…)

Greeting guests upon your arrival at the Villa

Wall safe: in each bedroom. Very large safe in “Master’s Villa” as well as small wall safe.

Electrical voltage: 220V and 110V in the Master’s Villa, and 220V in main house.

Electrical generator: 40 KVA, can provide electricity continuously during 2 weeks in case of island black-out.

Luxury Appointments: Serving dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen hardware and utensils, napkins, bath and beach towels, bathrobes, slippers, bedding, decoration, stationary, are “de luxe” as well as cristal carafes,
decanters, vases.

Terraces and solariums around swimming pool, as well as stairs, are surfaced with quarry stone, with special anti-slip finish. Steps into the pool are covered with anti-slip tiles.

Two telephone lines with unit meters. Customers can pay the telephone bill upon their departure, or we deduct the amount from the Security Deposit refund.

“Wi-Fi” and High-Speed Access to the Internet, totally free to the customers, including the time of use.

Swimming Pool Security & Alarm System : (using laser beams) in conformity to the latest Government regulations.

Bracelets for children are linked to the Security Alarm System.

The mattresses in Villa Horizon are the latest “Memory-Foam” Mattresses by Bragada®. All King Size beds in the Master’s Villa, bedrooms #1 and #3, are now equipped with “Memory-Foam” mattresses. These mattresses are covered in a beautiful 2 inch thick quilted Belgian damask fabric, treated with Aloe Vera and topped with the finest cashmere. This will insure proper air circulation, regulate heat temperature and distribution, and absorb moisture.

Each King Size bed also includes two “Bragada®” Contour Neck Pillows made with the same visco-elastic “Memory-Foam”.
