It was a beautiful and enjoyable villa, but here are a few warnings! Visited: October 2009 |

| We recently returned home from a ten-day stay at La Cocoteraie Villa. The Villa itself was beautiful! There were eight of us who stayed, and the villa was a great size for our party. The pool was outstanding and was also a great size. As for the bedrooms, I would expect a little less than you see in the photos. Also, I would recommend bringing lots of bug spray! They were not completely unbearable, but you definitely couldn`t make it without bug repellant of some sort. The kitchen was also a great size... but extremely hot! There was no air conditioning in the kitchen. Although the air conditioning cooled down the bedrooms, the bathrooms did not cool down at all. The seventh day we were here, a huge storm came through and the entire villa flooded. One of the bedrooms had water rushing completely through it and there were several inches of mucky water in the living area/kitchen. Hopefully, they will fix this problem before anyone else stays here - but beware! We had to be moved to another villa for the last three days of our stay. Also, a quick opinion of Petit Cul De Sac Beach - definitely not one of the nicer beaches on the island. We thought this villa would be great because we could walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we did not want to spend any time at this beach because of the debris washed up and the rocks in the water. We ended up driving to other beaches the entire week. In the future we would definitely prefer a villa with a view over being walking distance to the beach! |

| My husband and I spent a fabulous week in St. Barts at La Mouina Villa for our 31st anniversary. The house was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was very warm on the island so we were glad that we opted for the full air conditioning - even though there was a constant breeze. The views from the villa were to die for, and the setting was so private and romantic. We lounged on the deck and patio and when we got too overheated, we just jumped in the pool. We were able to grill our dinner in the evenings without any problems, and we appreciated having this commodity and a well stocked kitchen. I was a little concerned at first that we didn't have direct access to a washer and dryer but we practically lived in our swimsuits and there was a clothesline out back for any small items we needed to dry or for the beach towels we used constantly. You do need a rental car since you cannot walk anywhere safely. The roads are too narrow and steep, and the beach would be too far away. L'Orient has all you need at their supermarket and dining out on the island is always a treat. We did so about four times. I would highly recommend this vacation hideaway for any occasion. We did use their wireless Internet to stay in touch with family and to check out restaurants and things. That also was a nice amenity. Everything on the island is pricy, but well worth it. We would definitely return again. |

| We stayed in Summer Breeze Villa (Villa Minou) for 2 weeks Christmas 2008. This villa was the perfect place to enjoy Paradise Island St. Barth's. I especially loved the view, swimming pool and the services provided by Villa Summer Breeze staff. We'll be back soon to Grand-Cul de Sac! | |

| My wife and I spent 6 nights at this villa, our 4th visit to St. Barts. View is hard to beat! The drive up the hill is also very entertaining to say the least. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, no joke. The locationn is great as you are just above St. Jean and everything is close. All four of the bedrooms on the main floor were very nice. All with nice bathrooms that are en suite. If you were with other couples you would feel you had privacy. The features of the house are everything you would want. Very nice pool with nice deck chairs, etc. French T.V. channels - you only get Euro ESPN and CNN for Americans. Not a real problem if you want to get away from everything. Staff was very helpful - they tried to help in any way possible. | |

| Probably one of the best views on the island. Quiet and peaceful. Very Private. Our 5th visit and Villa HENSON will be the place for our next visit. View is a feast for the eyes and spirit. Best ever. | |

Great view, walk to everything! Visited: January 2009 |

| Villa Justin has a great view of Gustavia harbor, but it's still a short walk to restaurants, bakery, beach, you name it. By short, I mean a minute to the bakery and 5 to the beach. All restaurants and shops in Gustavia are also a short walk. The villa is very comfortable, well-equipped and definitely a place to return to (as often as possible). | |

| We found Le Tom Beach Hotel on a side trip to St. Barts from St. Martin. We were lucky to have found this quaint little place. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction. However, the service well made up for everything. We just missed Keith Urban by a week - and Mike Douglas' wife Catherine. We loved everything about this place - especially the service and food. It was totally unforgettable in every way. We would love to go back some day soon. It was clean and extremely comfortable. Most of all, it was the friendliest place we have ever stayed. |

| The hotel was under construction during our honeymoon stay. We woke up to power tools at 7:00 every morning. The hotel refused a refund for unused nights when we moved to a hotel without construction. I would never recommend a hotel without ethics! |

| My husband and I recently stayed at Villa Rosalia for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. We were a bit nervous, as the rates are very high at this time of year. We were afraid of being disappointed with spending so much on Villa Rosalia. Our first impression when pulling up to the villa was - wow! Then, when we walked into the villa, it was "Wow!" again. Then, we walked out onto the huge wrap-around porch and again - wow! As you can see, we were extremely happy with our choice. We were planning to spend a lot of time at St. Jean Beach. However, we only spent a couple hours there one day. All the rest of our time was spent at our own pool. We loved hanging out at the villa. Our pool was even large enough to do laps, so that's what we did to get our daily exercise. Yep, that was rough. The location of Villa Rosalia was outstanding in our opinion. It was in a very quiet area of Gustavia with outstanding views. However, we would walk into town after breakfast every morning just to look around, and then again for dinner most evenings. If I had to find a negative about the villa, it would just be that there was some wear-and-tear in the kitchen and the bathrooms. However, that didn't bother us in the least. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. |

Renters beware! Visited: December 2009 |

| We had the unfortunate experience to stay in this substandard, obscenely overpriced dump for the week of Christmas. It was a studio, not a one-bedroom as described. The decor was mid 80's, and was sorely in need of a renovation and updating. It had dime-store looking patio furniture, and there was absolutely no privacy due to a boat repair yard on either side of the property. There were also dorm-room slipcovers over soiled furniture. In addition to this, we returned home two evenings to find rats scurrying out of the open kitchen, which cannot be closed unless you batten down the hatches to brace for a hurricane. This property is (mis)managed by St. Barth Properties, an absolutely abominable excuse for a property management company. They seemed quick to take your money, and that's all. Excuses, buck-passing and blaming the guest is not our idea of client service, especially in this day and age. Save your money and spend your holidays at the local landfill. |

I'd rather not let anyone know about Taniko Villa. Visited: November 2008 |

| We would prefer to keep this place a secret, and not let anyone know about it! The villa was amazing, and our stay in St. Barts was incredible. I've traveled the world, and it doesn't get much better than this. The accommodation was perfect for our family. Make sure you get to the fish market early (around 7) to get your dinner for the evening. It's across from the pharmacy in Gustavia. If you rent this villa, do us all a favor and don't let anyone else know how perfect it is! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful three-building villa. Although there are other villas close by, it is located at the end of a road which affords amazing privacy, and eliminates any traffic other than the pool tech, gardener, and cleaning personnel. They were are all very friendly and accommodating to minimize disruptions. We believe this particular villa had to have the most spectacular view anywhere on the island with multi-level decks each with overlook areas and outfitted with lounge chairs. The pool was clean and well maintained. The decks did have a couple of areas where they needed to be nailed down again, but were otherwise in good condition. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with tools and dishes, as well as some basic food supplies (condiments and other things). The baths could use a bit of updating, but were clean and stocked well with towels, linens, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and tissue. A wonderful wall of books to borrow for reading were available in the main bedroom. Wireless and phone service was available at no extra charge. It was perhaps a bit pricy, but an extremely enjoyable and relaxing time. |

This was a cute and funky villa. Visited: February 2007 |

| Eight couples stayed here in 2007. It was great, really nice for our needs. We really enjoyed the cute and funky decor! There are bright colors, it had a nice layout, and there were huge tikis in each bedroom! One bedroom was near the driveway; and the living area and other bedrooms were down the slope. The views were pretty from every room. The other three bedrooms, living area and pool were all pretty much on the same level. There was a great pool and a wonderful hot tub. Most people would really love it here. Be aware - there are lots of steps. |

| My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in the fall of 2007. It was perfect for the two us! It was such a great value, too! It was so close to everything. The pool was awesome with absolutely amazing views and gorgeous sunsets! It was not fancy, but the location and amenities were great. If you are looking for a private pool and amazing views at a reasonable price, this is it! |
