	We loved SeaLofts' three-story condo homes. We stayed in the two-bedroom condo, but they did have three-bedroom available, too. They were fully equipped, so all we needed to bring were bathing suits and shorts/shirts. We wanted a house and not a hotel, and were very pleased with SeaLofts. Since SeaLofts was on the water's edge, we watched the sunrise every morning. The patio at the seawall was a great place to relax and watch the waves. The pool was also especially nice. The best part was sitting on our own private deck (two of them) and just chillin' out. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Joyce Isaac, the property manager, made sure we were taken care of, and the other staff members were just as friendly. We can't wait to make our next booking at SeaLofts.

	A vacation at SeaLofts is relaxing, fun and very safe. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are well equipped and very comfortable, and you are always assured the very warmest of welcomes. It is very easy to get used to "living de life", and SeaLofts is the perfect place to do it. We have stayed here three times and now it feels like going home. I would recommend a holiday at SeaLofts to anybody who wants a relaxing break on a very beautiful island.

	We had a great stay in SeaLofts for the nine days we were in St. Kitts. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could need - including satellite TV, washing machine, fridge, etc. It was a great living space for a family, a group of friends or even a couple. There were three of us, and we never felt on top of one another. The whole complex was very tranquil and calm. The grounds were kept in an excellent order, with a well kept swimming pool right in the middle, and the Atlantic Ocean just at the rear of the complex. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff - especially Joyce, who looked after us from day one. She always had a smile on her face, and went out of her way to cater for our every whim. We felt very safe here, and there was definitely no concerns about security.The people of St. Kitts were so friendly and always willing to help. We were so impressed, we are thinking of purchasing one of the condos. If you ever go to St. Kitt, SeaLofts is your place. You won't find a better accommodation for your money.

*Skip the Sealofts* Visited: June 2005

	After reviewing a number of travel sites we selected the Sealofts for our visit to St Kitts in June, 2005. As much as we are excited about our stay it quickly soured. First, no staff was available to greet us upon our arrival at the complex. Our flight arrived around 8:00 P.M. and we had communicated this information to the management when making our reservations. Numerous phone calls had to be made to secure our arrangements and for brief period of time we were not even sure if we had a place to stay. Once the manager was located we were informed they were expecting us and that Unit #45 had been left open with the keys left on the kitchen table! On the last night of our stay we were burglarized. To our horror, we were burglarized while we were present and sleeping in the condominium! It appears the thief was intimate with the condominium. We believe the thief entered the premises through the sliding glass door located on the second floor. This was a door we had reported to management as being damaged and unable to be secured. The thief took great care to ensure the room appeared undisturbed and the theft would not be noticed until after departure. Only purses and wallets were emptied of cash while jewelry and other valuables were left untouched. The theft was reported to the police and to an unfazed complex management. Though our stay at the Sealofts was a negative experience we enjoyed St. Kitts and found the people quite friendly. If you visit this piece of paradise and value your family security we recommend you stay at one of the other resorts.

	These condos are centrally located near the best beaches and restaurants. They offer all the amenities of home in a private, well landscaped setting. Joyce - in the office - is a great help in handling questions and assisting in arrangements for a wonderful visit. Condo owners have lots of good island advice, too. In addition, St. Kitts is a safe island and it hasn't been over-developed yet. The locals are very friendly, but don't pester you to buy things. There are lots of options- dine in or out- choose from many beaches. Also, make sure you take the rainforest hike.

*I have never had a bad experience at the SeaLofts.* Visited: February 2005

	My wife and I have visited St. Kitts four times since we discovered its charm and beauty. It is one of several Caribbean islands we have visited during a southern Caribbean cruise. Three of the four times we have stayed at the SeaLofts On The Beach and once at the Marriott Resort (which was only about 1/4 of a mile from The SeaLofts). During our several visits to St. Kitts, we have never had a bad experience of any kind. The people of St. Kitts have always treated us in a friendly accommodating manner, and we have always felt their warmth and friendliness to be very sincere. While we enjoyed our week-long stay at the beautiful Marriott Resort, we must admit that we felt much more comfortable and relaxed at The SeaLofts On The Beach. If we wanted an evening with more excitement, we would take a five-minute walk to the Marriott. We have never felt unsafe at anytime - day or night. And we have even walked back to SeaLofts from the Marriott at 2:00 A.M.

	We fell in love with SeaLofts, St. Kitts, and the people here. We spent a week's vacation here and loved it so much that we bought a condo. Also, at no time did we feel unsafe. People walked the streets in Frigate Bay after dark all the time. That was one of the reasons we decided to buy here. I would recommend SeaLofts and St. Kitts to anyone who wanted a Caribbean vacation.

*Quiet, fully-equipped condos on the ocean.* Visited: March 2002

	This peaceful condo complex faces the ocean. Each is privately owned and rented in the owner's absence. Each condo consists of a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two decks, two bedrooms. Most have two bathrooms, and all have complete laundry facilities. The property is attractively landscaped, with a pretty pool, two tennis courts, and a lovely ocean beach. It is perfect for a low-key, quiet vacation.
