*It was a great location, but deceptive hosts may rip you off.* Visited: June 2006

	The place was very nice to stay in, and the views were great. However, we thought the owners were deceptive to us, telling us wrong information on prices for local travel and things. For example, the government rates for getting to the north of the island in taxi is $60 USD. He told us he would give us a "good deal", and we trusted him. We later found out he scammed us for $90 USD when we could have gotten a more delightful boat taxi on the 'Ethiopia' with Aaron for $60. In our contention, he said "Traveling is an experience. Sometimes you get good deal, sometimes you get bad deal." He was totally unremorseful and fully desiring to take advantage of us even after we stayed there for the week and tried to honor our host. They seem great on the outside, but we felt like they ripped us off. The location was brilliant, just a walk away from many adventures. If you are planning a trip to Saint Lucia, stay in the south for more adventure and cultural experience. The north is generally overpriced, lacking culture, and adventure (unless you have the money). Even with the views and all, there are better places to stay in Soufriere. Be careful when choosing a place. I loved the view, but most everyone has a good view in Soufriere. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast.

	I just returned from St. Lucia. I spent five days at Talk-to-Me Cool Spot. The rooms were affordable, clean, and had great views. However, there was a lot of noise from the town below. Also, at the end of our stay, the owner requested payment in cash, not a credit card.

	Well done! Three couples from our wedding party stayed here and they all loved it! It was clean, comfortable and offered a great view of the town and sea. What a bargain! The owners were fantastic -- very friendly and helpful. I think they were as excited about the upcoming wedding as we were!
