Description:

Serendipity is a traditional style villa, situated on a hillside at Vigie Penisula overlooking the picturesque outer entrance to the region's most scenic deep water harbour. The villa is a few minutes drive from Vigie Beach.

This villa is constructed on two levels. The top floor has a large South facing patio leading onto a sitting/dining room with ceiling fan, TV with Cablevision and VCR (NTSC) and a small selection of videos. In addition there is a stereo CD player and radio.

There is a spacious master bedroom (Kingsize bed )with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower.

There are two more bedrooms; one with a Queen size bed and one with two single beds with a shared bathroom.

All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. All the windows are fully screened.

The kitchen is large and well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. A casual breakfast area completes the kitchen and leads out onto an open-air patio.

The ground floor consists of another air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds with a shower-room. There is also a small sitting room with ceiling fan which leads out onto its own patio. This suite can be accessed both internally from upstairs and externally from the lower patio.

The swimming pool is 4' 10" at the deep end situated in a large pool patio area with small gazebo and barbeque.

Entertainment - Television with Cablevision and VCR, stereo (CD and radio).

Villa notes:
There are dogs on the property, however they can either be left out or placed in their own yard with a very comfortable house.

Please note that the housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
